Not easily. Axles are wider and have different mounts. The actual diff should fit though in your rear axle though, but then the ratio will have to be the same as your front diff to work.

OK in the rear, but the LC front diff won't fit your front axle, so unless you gear ratio is the same as the Cruisers, you 4WD will be stuffed if you just swap the rear.
You could always regear the front to match the Cruisers rear diff.
Do you actually know what gear ratio is in the Cruiser or you truck?
All of this is assuming its got 8" diffs and solid axles like most 70 series Cruisers I've seen, you don't say, and I'm no expert on Land Cruisers yet.
If its one of the bigger 60 or 80 series trucks, it could be different, I think they have 9.5" diffs anyway.
