What's the max load weight for a 2.4?

I've got to collect a whole load of flooring tomorrow so I'd like to check what is the maximum rear cargo space loading weight for a 2.4 with just the driver?

Also, what tyre pressures are best for a heavily laden Surf? I've currently got them at 30psi all round (28 in winter).

I don't know the actual figure, but I've had 1/4 tonne plus me. She was riding really (and I do mean really) low, and that was with uprated suspension.
I was carefull about spreading the load so it wasn't all ove the rear axle, and strangely enougth mine was wood flooring.
