  • Rear end squeek..

I've noticed when going around corners there seems to be a small squeeking coming from the rear end somewhere. I think it is squeeking around the shock / spring location, but I haven't yet had a chance to look to verify that 100%.

I'll be taking a look at it shortly, and before I get under there I thought I'd see if you guys know of any common squeeking problems around there?
I recently got a front / rear end alignment and the guys said they could hear the Tie Rod ends squeeking when they took it for a test drive after. Could this be it?

    Cheers,
    Lyle

the bushes may be gone in the anti roll bar and that could be making it squeak.Grab hold of the a/r/bar and see if there is any movement in the bushes in the mounting brackets on the axel

pretty sure I found the problem. This bracket light thing that attaches to what I think is the anti-roll bar... Anyone know where I could go about finding the part # for this so that I can order it?

Those kits on the website there seem to be all bushings.. none of them seem to have the clasp / bracket part that I need..? Does anyone have a blow up of the rear suspension assembly with part #'s? I could probably look it up that way..

This is the bit you need I think. If you can't get it shipped over there, let me know and I'll send one over to my mate in Calgary to pass on. Or something.

Thanks for all your help guys.
I managed to source the part from my local toyota dealership. I'm pretty sure its the same piece on the 4runners, so I just ordered that. $15 with shipping from the states and it should be here soon.
