  • new engine and turbo

The engine on my trusty workhorse died last October and since then I've manged to get divorced (coincedence?? Who knows) so I have had to fall back to my ford explorer good fun but $$$$$$ thirsty, so does any one of you wizened fellows and fellowesses happen to know of a reliable supplier of recond engines and turbos?

Any feedback as always gratefully received.

Mr Bushwacker Boyo, long time no hear, I trust all is well in the noodle mines? Actually I was hiome only 2 weeks ago!
I see this fella on ebay but have no idea how good he is or if anyone has used him before, looks like he's my best option to be fair!

Time to shell out the wonga and perform open engine surgery on my poor smurphy. At least the kids will be happy once he;s up and runnning again.

          Cheers

The mines are a bit soggy at the moment with all this torrential rain!
No need to add water to the noodles.

Chaps, Chapette and other miscelanous persons,

As always thanks for your help, I should have the old bus back up and running after a 6 month absence in under 4 weeks! Joy to the world and all that and I am looking forward to getting him muddy again!

                Cheers

Don't know if IVI are still around, they used to specialise in the importation and fitting of s/hand jap engines

                  IVI Engines Ltd.
                  Frank Fahey Centre,
                  Naas Road,
                  Dublin 12.

                  Fax : 01 4604618
                  Mobile : 087 2583014

I'm sure there must be a reasonable number of 2.4 Surfs in the breakers over here by now too.
