  • Fuel Leak Question

I have diesel dripping from the back of the sump. As far as I can see, its originating somewhere under the fuel pump, dripping down onto the sump lip then running back. Ive had a good feel round the pump but cant find any fuel traces around the pump body or pipe unions. Could it be from somewhere else other than the pump? I think I saw a link a few weeks ago for an exploded diagram of the pump but I cant find it now. Can any one direct me to it so i can get some kind of mental map of the underside of the pump so I can try to figure it out? Thanks.

Thanks for that, found the walk through. No mention of de-pressurising the fuel sysyem first. Necessarry?

dont know, I doubt it, pump only pressurises when working, haven't had a chance to look at mine yet due to bad weather, and waiting for seal kit from milners to arrive.
