This is the part numbers from the diagrams posted. Without vehicle details this is what I come up with. There may be others.

Listed as part number 22317-54730 - Spring, Governor Domper (I think that should be Damper) suits Models 3L - LN106, 107, 109, 8#.
Production Date 08/94 - 08/97

There is also another part number.

22317-54470 - Spring, Governor Domper, suits models 2L, 3L - LN10#, 131, 8#.
Production Date 09/88 - 08/94

This seems to match the date for your vehicle so if it was one of the above models it may be the 22317-54470.
