When ATS do my oil change they tell me its semi synth they use.

if your doing your oil change regularly use a good mineral or semi synth,
was going to use mineral but halfords had a sale on part synth so used that

btw i used 10/40

10/40 or 15/40 semi are fine. With the amount of crud that gets suspended in the oil, using a fully synth would be pretty much chucking money away.
