Head compatibility

Hi all..im currently breaking the old engine off of my 1990 2.4D pickup...is the head the same on the 2.4TD?...the heads good...so if it is compatable..i might end up buying another 2.4TD surf with a blown head and then rebuild it..the only expence would be my own time..and at the end of it all i could end up with a nice truck

Will also be breaking the 91 surf i stole the engine from for my pickup...so will have plenty of spare parts too soon

The head is the same, it also fits the 2.8 liter (called a 3L) motor as well.
