cylinder head to canada!

Well guys, I'm pretty sure a thermostat would just be too easy of a fix, my issue is either a cracked cylinder head or head gasket. Two questions, does anyone know a north american supplier for the new and improved cylinder head everyone speaks of? And when replaced what do you need to torque the bolts to? If anyone can help, it would be GREATLY appreciated.

The improved head is merely the head for the 2.8Litre, (3L) head. See if your local dealer has that one listed.
