I've got a long journey later this week so I've checked all my Surf's fluids, all look fine but the autobox fluid level reads halfway between the 2 MAX marks on the dipstick (ie. right in the centre of the MAX zone).
Will that be OK or should I add a little more fluid to get it to the top of the MAX zone?
How much fluid would move it up that far? I don't want to add too much and go over the MAX upper mark.
Also, what tyre pressures are recommened for motorway driving? Currently I have them at I think 32psi all round (left over from summer, used 26 to 28psi in winter) but should I pump them up more for fully-loaded motorway cruising? The tyres are BFG intermediates.
thanks
James
