i have a water leak from drivers side of engine near the back, underneath the turdo heat shield, any idea's of water pipes that could be leaking in that area or any other idea

The front bearing on the Turbo is water cooled, or under the turbo is the oil cooler that runs in block water jacket behind the oil filter.

Also the two metal pipes along side the head can rust, or the hoses going into the heater matrix and drip onto the exhaust manifold.

You need to narrow it down a little.

look like the leak is from near the exhaust down pipe behind the turbo, heat sheild on top of exhaust manifold is in the way to see properly

heat shield comes off easy enough, but as for a leak around that part of the turbo i do not know. are you actually losing a noticable amount of coolant/water
