Hey there ppl, i'm in great need of ya help!

I recently changed my turbo and radiator as well as new fluids. Also took the dash apart and cleaned everything as well as replaced some bulbs (in the dash).

But when i came to piece everything back together, and take it for a spin the following happened. The engine turns over and the dials respond and revs fine. The gearstick (auto) moves into gear but doesn't engage (in any gear) - this is after a good afternoon of switching through the gears to bleed the box. The dip stick is showing near max oil. The O/D light flashes when in gear. I've disconnected the battery to reset this and the light goes but still no gears.

A mechanic mate of mine said this is probably a disconnected or loose wire somewhere in the dash but i'be checked and can't see anything. Please, anyone who can help, any ideas?

The short transfer case lever (next to the gear lever) has probably been knocked into neutral. Pull it back towards the seat.
