  • is it my cluch or slave sylinder or other??????

hi all, was wondering it someone could help.

It feels as though my cluch isn't disengaging fully. biting point is right on the floor and getting quite crunchy changing gear.

going to be having the cluch out soon(this weekend if it stays dry) to do the rear crank oil seal. would be a good opotunity to replace it. but don't want to order it and it not be needed.

    any help appreciated

Clutch on what? Your G60? Double decker bus?

I'm assuming you mean your Surf, but fill in your vehicle details, so we can see what vehicle we're talking about!!
    It just does, OK?

forgive me if i'm way off target here, but on my mr2 there is an adjustable rod on the back of the clutch pedal. This adjusts the bite point of the clutch. Have a look and see if you have on you truck. It could save you some time

Try pumping the clutch pedal before engaging gear, if in goes into gear smoothly then it's seals/fluid problem.
