oil and fuel filter s???

Okay, I need to change the oil, I live in Saskatchewan ,Canada nobody around here is familiar with this engine,, so were are the oil and fuel filters on my 90' 2.4 turbo deisel ?? and how often do I change it? also it looks as if there may be oil leaking from what I think is the fuel filter,, its on the driver side of the engine ??? OH yeah AND WHAT kind of filters /? brand and serial numbers ???????

i cant remember the fram no for the oil and air filters.. im sure bushwacker got a link somewhere to cross reference them for a brand sold in canada?
