  • front wheel stud

Hi, I am new to the forum and maybe this has been answered before but would appreciate any advice. A wheel stud has sheered off on the front offside of my 2nd generation SSRG. I have taken the wheel off and had a look to see what is involved but am cautious about removing anything unless I am sound with what is involved. Last time I repaired this was on a rear wheel drive car many years ago and was quite straight forward. Any help or advice appreciated.

    Thanks.

Wheel, caliper and hub off. Follow the wheel bearing directions here.

      http://www.toyotasurf.asn.au/techsit...ringsfront.htm

Seperate the hub from disc (6 bolts). Replace stud/s reinstall hub to disc.
