Garage in South London - Turbo problem

Can anyone please recommend a garage that can diagnose and fix a problem I'm having. The turbo light is going out (and the turbo) at certain speeds and comes back on. The engine light is also coming on. The cars really struggling to start from cold in the morning. Maybe new glow plugs but not sure about the turbo coming on and off.

lived in sydenham for quite a while dont know of a garage that way that would trust my surf with , or any other car come to think of it
if you can get to tony's would go there
