clutch travel

Could some one tell me how to adjust the clutch travel..it is not slipping and I had a new clutch fitted about 2 years ago..but its especialy getting it into reverse has been a bit ify lately and I understand that the clutch travel can be adjusted could someone send me a picture and where it is in relation to the truck
