I found a nice way to access this 14mm bolt today. Once you struggle down the side of the rad to slacken the centre pully bolt, you can then access the tension bolt via the inner wing. Just move the floppy rubber mud shield to one side. Took me yonks the past three times to take belts off and tension them, but now i know. The hardest belt now is the power steering. I changed all my aux belts today in 45mins, and that was including a trip to the car shop, no need to remove anything!!! (except belts)
