I Need a new knob (oh er misses)

I need to get a new gear knob for my surf, the short one that activates the 4WD, has anyone ordered one of these from a british Toyota dealer, I need a new 4WD button but cant get any sense from the dealer as to wether the button and wiring is included with the knob or is seperate, the button on mine wont stay in so I need to get a new one, can anyone help please
