Turbo Problems

[Turboproblems]

I have got a hilux surf 2.4 and the turbo is not working properly. The 2 turbo lights are flickering and the turbo is overrevving way to much before it kicks in and the red light is basicly constantly on. I would appreciate it if you would give me some advice. Thanks louis

Sounds like a dodgy boost pipe? or a stickt actuator
