Emissions MOT

Hi all, anyone give me any advice to reduce my emissions for the mot from 4.34 at the mo down to the regulation 3.00? Im running about a 60/40 veg mix at present.

Tried running it on a low tank, with a bottle of redex added, and been driven like you have stolen it ?

Has the EGR been disconnected ? (do a search on here for details on how to do it - DON'T BUY A BALL BEARING)

i usually drive mine like that but without the redex

With that much veg you should cruise the emisions test. obviously a problem there, has it had new filters? Then do the redex thing

Was it warmed up properly?

Thanks for the advice so far, but being a bit wet behind the ears where is the EGR and how and where do i cable tie it...? (pics would be helpfull,cheers)

my emmisions where 5.65 so i did the egr mod then put a can of wurth injector cleaner (this stuff is bril) in with quarter tank fuel, then took it for a burn up the road for about 30 miles with o/d off so it would rev better took it back for mot test and emmisions where down to 1.05
