There is a switch/solonoid here on my pump in the clip (YELLOW circle) and a mechanic has said its a secondary cut off switch! and is the cause for the surfs inconsistant starting. Does anyone know the exact name of it and where I can get one?

what the one in the yellow ring? if yes can anyone say where to get one or has anyone got one from a breaking surf?
