Pipes on A/C cooling fans

Just had my A/C de-gased (by a A/C specailist) as it never really worked and i never used and i want to use the space that the A/C rad fills.

I removed the A/C rad and on cooling fan motors there are two rubber pipes about 6-7 mm in diameter and im wondering what to do with them, should i connect them together or bung them up or just leave them?

They're just breather pipes for the motors. You can remove them or leave 'em - doesn't matter
