I have been having starting problems for ages, She will normally start first time in the morning but if I go on a short drive she will have problems,I changed the glow plugs and they were all carbon black so seemed like they wernt workin i get 12v at start up and have three clicks but sometimes she wont go, does this sound like a fuel problem, i have changed the filter. Has anyone had to change the fuel pump/solonoid to get there surf going?

or ANY suggestions?

No but my glow plug fuse and relay went at the same time try them
