blown fuses

hi could any one help me please ,my 2.4 turbo diesele auto surf keeps blowing fuse and carnt select gears .use windows.rev counter and speedo is knocked out 2, please please help me cheers

Replace the fuse, or better still if you have a multimeter, put it on the highest amps range and press the brake pedal. If it is pulling more amps than the fuse is rated at you may have a short circuit brake light or the bulb has blown, with the filament support wires touching together.

Mine did this when I trapped the towbar electrics between the towbar cross member and the back bumper.
