New head, still smoking

I had a new head fitted by Stevo last month, but I am still getting white smoke on starting from cold. The only thing I can think of is water in the diesel but I have made sure I have been getting fuel from a range of places.

All sorted. Good Old Stevo, it was just a loose clip on one of the hoses. And the white smoke was me trying to start it before the heater plugs were ready...He had it sorted in 10 mins..
