    hi just wonderind if anyone as removed the cat from a 2.4td,any info would be great,

    My cats are in the house . Never known a pre 95 Surf having one fitted . But someone might correct me .

        What they are trying to say Craig, is that there isn't a 'cat' on your truck.
        Unless of course you happend to hit one doing 80mph earlier today, then can I suggest a shovel or crowbar, maybe a solvent of some kind for the stubborn residue thats left behind after removal !

            box with a flexie type covering?????

              is that the flexi pipe?

              at the front of the exhaust (engine end) between the downpipe and the rest of the exhaust?

              p.s. 3rd gen has no cat either... got the dog with it a few times though!
