  • Overheating

Driving to work this morning when all of a sudden temp goes into RED.
I had no choice but to carry on to work though not far away now as no where to pull over too.
Anyway as i pulled into the car park steam was coming from passenger side of the hood.
Popped the hood and heard bubbling from the expansion tank, but looking under the passenger side wheel arch there is a lot of brown water sprayed all over
The RAC man said i have either a cracked head or the head gasket has gone and he advised not to drive is this true or could it be a burst pipe or something??
There is no sign of dirty brown water on top of the engine

    (One seriously worried surf owner)
    Thanks
    Kev.
    Regards

Check the heater hoses for the rear heaters, if you have then, as they run under the floor I believe.
