            Exactly what I did
Both excellent sources of info I used both when doing my 2" lift but no way of getting info from them about unforseen problems encountered such as the bind I am in the new bar doesn't want to follow the script and go back into the rear seat as it says it should!
so hence I am looking for someone on the forums who has actually done it so I can ask questions / describe what I have done and hopefully determine what I am doing wrong
            cheers
