Noise !

Hello all,
i have a strange "wooshing" noise coming coming from the front offside of my surf, changes pitch slightly when turning left, but makes this noise the whole time we are driving. I'm thinking wheel bearings ? .
Any advice would be gratefully recieved.

possibly or the brass/bronze bushes in the hub but I would have thought these would be more of a squeal or metallic grinding noise than a whosh!!
