Rear wiper locator

Hey guys, anyone having problems with the piece of rubber the rear wiper locates onto when in its rest position? The plastic gromit that the screw goes into is worn out, and when the wiper tries to return to its resting position it catches underneath the rubber mount and gets stuck. If I could find a replacement for the bit the mount screws into on the truck then that would work... any ideas guys??

Fixed

Fixed the problem, cut a raw plug down and screwed the locator into that bingo sorted...
