Engine lumpy on start up,

I have noticed that on start up, there is a lot of vibration, and the tick over is very lumpy. I have recently serviced the engine, and changed the fuel filter. The engine starts first time every time, but every time I do start it, as I've said feels very lumpy. This happens even when I have left the vehicle for a short time, and then restart. The engine runs fine after a couple of mins though!

Any ideas gents?

Could be one of three things;
1. The injectors need renewing/ re-furbishing.
2. Your glowplugs need replacing.
3. The 80amp fuse has blown for the glowplugs.
