The head is on the way out on the missuses 2.4, we had it pressure checked last week.
We noticed it had been using a bit of water and oil and white smoke in the mornings.
Due to this forum we knew what to look for and got lucky in that it is still under warranty and will be fixed next week.
One word of advice is to have your surf pressure tested whether you think the head is gone or not before the warranty is up.... a few quid spent "just in case" can save you around a grand once it's warranty has run out!!
Not only has this forum been very helpful when we were purchasing our surfs, it has come good again now, a big thanks to you all for all your help.
My 3.0 L is fine however !
