Wont Start

Help

Ive just changed fuel filter and glow plugs,now it wont start. Im geting 12 Volts at the base of plug strap but not at the plugs themselves. Any advice gladly received,

Did you make sure you put the insulators on the glowplugs, back together in the correct order?
If you type 'glowplugs' in the search box you will find all about them, there.

You may need to bleed injectors but try this first. Have someone pump the fuel filter primer while you try to start. Give the starter a break in between attempts and do not crank for a long period of time.Also check the insulators as stated above and the glow plug fuse if it is assembled wrong.

Its going now thanks!!! All it turned out to be was fuel feed probs from changing the filter, as I was continuosly trying to start it I ran the batteries down. So jump leads on the missus motor, and hey presto, she's runnin like a goodun.
