Dashboard removal!

Can somebody tell me HOW you get the dashboard off? I'm trying to replace the heater matrix on an LN130. I can get the instrument cluster off and remove the two securing screws as well as the screw at the left of the glove box but it looks like dash is located at two postions onto some kind of plastic snap lock socket. Everything is slack and it seems these points are holding it. I dont want to break them so where do I go from here??!!
Any positive suggestions are gratefully accepted! Thanks
