'most likely' seems a very open description of a fault, assuming the fuse has been checked and checked for voltage to the relay????????????????????

Was this diagnosis arrived at after testing the relay and checking the fuse or are they guessing?

fuse is new and checked, tested for voltage, there is voltage going to the relay but not coming out of the relay

I've just noticed they've changed them, Do you have a black plastic bodied one, or metal one with 2 plugs and leads coming from it?

I only have metal ones ATM.

This sounds familiar am keeping an eye on this thread, does yours turn over but not fire? Mine does that at times, its not a fix to your prob but if mine will turn over but not start i turn the ignition off and on a couple of times then she fires up. I am really confused.

                        What does urs do?

crack open the injectors and check theres fuel to each one. I would say that if your getting voltage to the plugs then it could be fuel related, anyway don't think its been cold enough not to start without the plugs working. So if your sure the glow plug side is OK then its probably down to fuel, fuel pump, fuel filter etc.
