Does anyone have any experience of problems with their tachometers sticking. I mentioned in an earlier post a problem with a high idling rpm (Surf 2.4 TD), but it seems that it could just be that the needle doesn't want to sit any lower than 3000rpm, unless the engine is switched off. The engine does not sound like its at 3000rpm despite the rev counter is indication. Also, anyone know of a good garage for a service in the Greater London area?
