engine rebuild in the northeast of england

Hi does anybody know of somebody capable of doing an engine rebuild(big ends gone) in the northeast loads of surfs no mechanics worth a light had the truck since march and only been on the road ten days five so called MECHANICS looked at it one for 6 weeks and none of them will do it so I need a proper mechanic to do a rebuild so I can pull a caravan round spain this winter??????? HELP please
