Damn Fuel Filter help please

Trying to remove electrical connection from fuel filter to wing , how does it detatch???????????
Then i will try and do the harder bit of removing said filter but cant even start it at the moment.
the clip is attatched to the wing and does not want to unclip hellllllllllp

Push the clip from under the wing, I just use a screwdriver to push it through.
