no power from turbo

hi,
I had a wired noise with a ecu diagnosing code 13. we replaced the injection valves and serviced the injection pump. both are working well. now the turbo is working, but no green light for turbo and no power from the turbo is coming when driving. the failure code is now 12.
does anybody have an idea???

Check the pipes against this picture, One might have come off

checked the pipes and everything okay. Have no idea whats wrong! could it be that ecu sends wrong information to injection pump???
