Rear window heater

Does anybody know where the 15a fuse box and the relay are situated for the rear window defogger. I know the obvious places but im looking at the haynes manual wiring diagram and want to check the actual relay. any ideas???

There is another fusebox in the footwell near the gas pedal

just been fiddling with rear window heater on my truck, whilst waiting for new oil to drain into rear diff. it has never worked and light comes on on dash.
The wires are connected to window element and tonight i hooked up a voltmeter and about 6 volts were coming through.
but then I looked at the silver lines on the glass and most are scratched through - so thats why it aint working!!, the circuit is broken due to all the elements being scratched...
