Aye, happens (off roadin an such ) quite often. Try doublin the clips (ie buy 4 instead of two and enlongate - slightly ie just enough the outer clips bolt holes. OR make clips yourself if handy with thicker bar from builders yard.....

yep just replaced ours and the links for the rear cost us £18 great site for spares www.milneroffroad.com there in matlock we also replaced our o/s cv boot £6.50 and lower o/s ball joint £15 which i found cheap as to the fact that toyota was around £55
