Summer is here!!!!
Howday doody ladies and gents.
Summer is here and yes i have my little engine fault light appearing again!!!.
Example; I will go for a half hour drive to the shops, go in come back in an hour to come home and then 5 mins in i have my little orange engine management light in the rpm gauge next to the turbo light come on. This is accompanied by the engine revving up and down between 600-1700 rpm then it goes of for a couple of mins and back on again. This is now being followed now with the temp going into the red before the fan kicks in, also there is no heat coming from heaters??? All of a sudden pow, the fan kicks in and all is well?
Things I have done;
changed thermo (is it worth leaving this out???)
oil change, rad flush, and breather pipes cleaned ( they were oily but not to bad).
Any ideas people, paranoid it gonna pop again,
