    Can anybody tell me what for is the round thing (I think it is called actuator) that is located somewhere under the plate with chassis number and etc. There is one vacuum hose goes on the top of it. What that thing does and how it suppose to work. Thanks

      That my friend is your EGR valve.
      Pull off the pipe and close the end, and you will have less smoke from the exhaust and a little more power!

      I do anyway.
