engine probs

Hi Its my first day of and been doing some iliminations on the truck
had all the injectors out ok,all the heater plugs 2 us,rocker box off
all valves,shims ect ok. so it looks like engine out just to find the problem I still think its top end but everybody says its big ends or crank???

two plugs u/s = two glow plugs are up the spout (knackered)
