mouse under the bonnet

hi all i have got a constant squeak from under the bonnet.i asked the mechanic today while having the mot done if any of the belts were loose but he said they were all ok has anyone got any ideas as what could be causing this as it gets on my nerves thanks in advance

Try a very quick blast of WD40 or silicone spray on belts, stops squeaks a treat. Don't overspray, just need a touch
