query about this head help needed

hi peeps ive just come across this head on ebay

can someone please tell me what they can regarding it eg,IS it brand new ?

i know its probably not possible to tell but all the help is much appreciated.
like i said in threads before i can get a head for my 2.4 for £295 + vat and £14 p&p and that does come with warranty so do i try to save a few quid or not,all help is much appreciated.pics to follow.

Personally i'd use STEVO for a new head as you can guarantee its spot on.
Also 4-Runner 1990 - 1993 AS LISTED did not use the 2.4 ENGINE.
