Glowplugs/turbo

my LN-130 2LTE glowplug light used to stay on for a good few seconds but last week it only lights up about a second now and making it hard to start,cranking over and over where as before it would start in no time at all.bearing in mind i normallt turn ignition on/off about 3 times so have i burnt the glowplugs (engine management light is on now aswell code 4) out,also on my 5th secondhand turbo,anyone know where to get a decent one

well as it turns out it was the temp sensor (the one for the ECU) had broke off sits just above the starter motor,replaced it (celica st205 temp sensor is the same) so thats that working again glowplugs stay on longer now.turbo had a split hose so hope that will be ok now aswell.
