Misfire

Have recently developed a misfire on my 2.4 TD SSR-G. It is particulary noticeable at low revs in 4th and 5th (as you would expect). I have tried a new fuel filter and put some Wynne's diesel injection cleaner directly into the fuel filter and the other 2\3rds into the fuel tank. Having ran it for ten miles there is no change, except it did seem a bit better at tick- over. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

I had a slight misfire under light load at around 2000rpm. I found my egr valve was sticking open and after closing it and removing the vacum hose, the misfire dissapeared.
