Harmonic balancer reconditioning

My harmonic balancer on my 90 2L-TE is shot, and replacement options here in the states are VERY limited. I found someone who can recondition mine though, but he needs to know how to allign the inner and outer parts (timing). Can anybody help me? Or does anyone have a spare lying around? Places to order one from? Thanks

Just found the thread about superglueing the parts back together, now that's more my style. Still there's something about lining up the timing marks which I can't seem to find. I think I'll give it a shot though.
